Arrange an E.P.C (Energy Performance Certificate) Apply for your title deeds and ask you to fill in some enquiry forms Prepare a contract and send this out with a legal information pack Arrange for the seller to sign the contract Negotiate the moving date

PREPARING FOR COMPLETION
Obtain the redemption figure from the client's lender Prepare the financial statement Receive the buyer's deposit Obtain a settlement figure for your mortgage from your lender Approve the transfer deed and arrange for you to sign it Obtain your signature to all documentation
STAGE 3:
COMPLETION
Receive new advance monies Redeem the existing advance from your lender Pay off the mortgage (if any) Hand over the deeds Account to the client for the balance of monies received
